Melancholy Moppet

This is my entry for the Lacy Sunshine Face Book Moppet Challenge

I have used the 

Camille Melancholy 

Clear Stamp

Just for a change I have gone for the monochrome effect and completely coloured her using Derwent pencils.

I cut Camille and the notes out using my scan n cut machine, which I am LOVING, just got to iron out a few hiccups with it.

As I'm writing this post I can see a blue sky and the SUN - after the weeks of constant rain we have had in the UK it is a lovely sight.

This was a real quick card to make using Digi Darlas LOVE HEART 1 I coloured image with a sparkly silver market and stamped swirels around edges with silver ink - used new bow maker and added flowers done.

Hi happy Wednesday everyone its half way through the week and time for a new challenge at

For my card I have used Pepe L'Souris in Love

aint he just so cute.

Ive been practising with my new bow maker and love the result - the bows looks os much better -expect to see more in the future lol.

Heres a close up of Pepe which I should mention was precoloured.

 the heart I made using air dry clay - love that stuff its so light.

 Im afraid I was still a lastminute.com and was unable to use the beautiful Bugaboo image Blocks Hummingbird had issues with my computer and left it too late to get the image :-(.

xmas boxes and Lacy Sunshine

Managed to make a couple of gift boxes for christmas presents before I clear my craft stuff away ready for christmas, its no fun having to use the dining table to craft!

Ive decorated the boxes using some of the paper I got in a sale at the craft barn cant remember what its called sorry.

The holly comes from Oyster Crafts and the adorable images are from Lacy sunshine

Hoping the kids like the boxes as much as whats inside.

Sorry i'm late with my post today - have had a wicked cold and really struggled to get anything done.
But I finally managed to make a choccie bag this evening, only another six to go!

that I made at the Craft Barn with Neil from Neelz Expressions

 lots of gluing, gesso and paint, photos really dont do it justice couldnt get the colour right so try to imagine a colour in between the two photos and it should be close.

The birds are a set of three carollers so used an art programme to merge and flip them to make a choir.

I think it turned out pretty good

This time I went for a whole bird choir - coloured with copics and lots of glitter. Coloured paper and ribbon with vintage photo distress inks.

Papers are from Designer Extreme CD's by Donna at Bearly Mine Designs with pearl drops added to snowflakes for a bit of bling.

The Pearl drops were on my craft table so fit the shopping our stash challenge this week.

I really loved colouring this one but totally lost my mojo when it came to making the card, would you believe it took me just over three hours to put this card together and I had already coloured Emily.

When its not working it's just not working.

Then had problems getting a picture - my decent camera's battery was flat, the memory card for my little camera lost the thingy at the side so was write protected, tried taking some photos on phone but oh not good, managed to find an old memory card eventually and get a couple of photos but found that the light has really bounced of the card so not really doing her justice.

OH well heres hoping you all have a better time than me
