Anything Goes CDM DT

The challenge for Cute Daisy May this week is a nice easy one ANYTHING GOES, so I hope lots of you will be entering this week.
I have popped in and seen all the gorgeous creations from last week but sorry had real problems leaving comments on most of the blogs, I think I have a bit of a gremlin!

As to my card I chose this really gorgeous girl from Sheet 187 which you can get Here.
As the sun has decided to come out to play I thought I would make a spring time card, it feels like forever since we last saw the sun.

Papers are K & Co. I made the trellis with a Martha Stewart punch but left the scallops off as I wanted the effect of garden trellis with flowers growing through it.
Flowers are from Wild Orchid and Craft Creations which I coloured with Copics to match her dress and added lots of stickles and I used flower soft for the flowers in the basket. Copic Colour Challenge has the following colour challenge. I used the W7 on the basket, the C7 in her hair and the BG96 for the leaves amid the flower soft.

I followed the Sketch from Sketch Saturday although I confess I didnt leave enough room for the sentiment lol.

Im also going to enter this into Lily of the Valley which is easel cards
Secret Crafter Anything Goes
Stamp with fun Spring
Crafty Card Makers Feminine
Craft Challenge Citrus
Bee Crafty Spring
Pink Elephant Spring

Thanks for taking the time to look please leave a comment to let me know youve been.

Pinky's Sketch

Wow another month gone, cant believe its March already, I think the Pixies are stealing the days!!!!!!!! Not that I'm sad to see February gone its been a cold miserable month so here's to hoping March is better and what better way to start the month of than with a Cute Daisy May Challenge.
This week we have this fabulous sketch for you to follow by Pinky

I made just one more Easel card using the sketch (I just so love these cards)

I need to make an 18th Birthday for my MIL to give to a neighbours daughter so am hoping she will like this one, but just in case I havent added the sentiment until she has seen it. As I had this in mind I chose a bit more of a grown up Daisy, although this particular image has been discontinued you can find loads of brilliant images at The Cute Daisy May Digi Store in fact Linnie has added soo many new sheets its hard to chose one.

The papers I have used are from The English Paper Company. Image coloured in Copic and that fabulous flower was given to me by the lovely and talented Claudia Rose.
Have used my Nesties and MS punch.

Thanks to everyone who joined last weeks challenge, it was great to see so many entrants, hope you all join in again this week.

Have a great day

Valentine Pink and Natural

Oh no another white morning here in London, I am officially fed up of winter now - I've got up this morning with a rotten cold and already look like Rudolph :-(.
And the 1st Feb is here already, is this year going quick or is it just my age lol.

We have a new challenge for you today over at Cute Daisy May and as Valentines day is coming up what better than a Valentines Challenge but as it is Michelle's challenge this week there is a bit of a twist and she would like to see you use the colours Pink and a Neutral.

This is my offering and I have to admit I dont do reds and pinks very well but I was quite pleased how this turned out in the end.

I have used this super cute image from Sheet 135 which you can grab Here and if you havent checked out Linnie's shop you really should Daisy has all grown up!!!!!!!!!!

I kept the card quite plain really and coloured the image with Copics, used my Martha Stewart corner punch added a bit of ribbon and Swavorski gems and heart. The Sentiment is from Popcorn the Bear Romance Set.

Well I hope this inspires you to get a bit lovey dovey and join in with the challenge and dont forget to check out the rest of the DT's creations cos this time of year we all need a bit of love.

I am entering this card into the following challenges which have love as a theme

Sophisticat Challenges
By the cute and girly
Corrosive Challenge
DU2DS Hearts/valentine
Fussy and Fancy
Cupcake Craft Challenge Four Legged and Furry
