wow where do the weeks go - this year is already flying by and its time for a new challenge at

and the challenge this week should be real easy

your favourite colour combo

Doodle you'd think but no not for me

I really couldnt decide what my fav combo was

I think it really depends on what mood im in at the time

so Im going for the combo of green and mauve as I do really love it

and this is what I made

and not a copic in sight lol.

I wanted to use this gorgeous flower by Kaztlekraft and think it looks great in distress inks. I coloured straight onto the stamp with distress markers and then used distress inks for the mats and the background which is a cover the card stamp.

The image is quite big so kept the rest real simple bit of ribbon and a hat pin and bobs your uncle done.

I've coloured him with copics, cut him out and using sticky pads placed him on the background which I made using a cloud stamp it all over stamp and distress inks.

I kept the card real simple mainly because like a lot of people my craft room is the dining room table so had to do a major clear up and empty it off  (cant really see whats wrong with christmas dinner on your knee lol)

not having enough storage space hubby kindly put lots of stuff like scissors, glue, cutting mats, embellishments and a mound of other essential stuff up into the attic so the grandchildren couldnt get it - course its not all come back out yet so had to make do with what I could get my hands on., but I dont think it was too bad - roll on the weekend when I can claim my table back!
